ServicesGeneral Inquiry: Your getting married and have alot of questions, one being “Do I really need a Planner?” At a General Inquiry we will review our services, and help you determine if our sevices will fit your needs! We’ll offer helpful advice and point you in the right direction to getting started. A General Inquiry is a free service and includes one personal meeting with the Bridal Couple. Consultation: You have said “Yes”, now where do you go from there? A consultation will help you get the ball rolling, in developing a time line, budget, theme and decor ideas, research and source services and vendor options that will help bring your special day into a reality. Consultation can be obtained at any point in your planning to handle a specific problem or to find a desired service or vendor. Includes one personal meeting to discuss ideas and budget in which options will be compiled and a detailed report will be returned, and discussed at a second personal meeting. Day of Service: (12 hours of total service) You’ve done the planning; now you need help pulling it all together the day of the event. Services include; review of the weeks time line and flow of events, organize vendors and bridal party, coordinate at rehearsal, assist at ceremony, photos and reception, ensure that the Bride and Grooms needs are tended to, and ensure that last minute details and tasks are tended to or delegated. Complete Event Services: (Consulting and organization services and 8 hrs of day of Event) Professional services available from; setting the date to execution and clean up of the event and the return of rentals. Services can include; initial consultation, timeline creation, budget maintenance, vendor and venue selection and negotiation, arrangement for theme and decor set up and clean up services, co-ordination of pre-bridal celebrations and parties, help obtain permits/licenses necessary for event, arrange and attend appointments, and various other organization responsibilities and services pertaining to the event and guest services. Additional Support Services*: Venue Set Up/Clean Up Guest Airport Pick Up/Event Planning Out of Town Consultation Additional Service Attendants/Servers Attendance at Pre-Wedding Parties and Celebrations Special Service Requests * Additional Support Services are not included in consultation fees Other Services Available: Although we do specialize in Weddings, coordinating services are available for: Anniversaries, Birthdays, Retirements, Family Reunions, Corporate Functions, Seasonal Celebrations, and other Special Moments that cause for Celebration!
